Professional School of Real Estate offers the unlicensed beginner a two-course experience to jump start their future in real estate. These courses are approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. For information on continuing education classes, click here.
Affiliate broker license applicants (your first license) must have:
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Be 18 years old or older.
3. Complete one of the 60 hour courses listed below plus a 30 hour course "Course For New Affiliates" offered in class or correspondence format.
4. Take State licensing exam.
The following is a brief description and schedule of our prelicensing classes. You must complete a Pre-Licensing l and a Pre-Licensing ll to make up your 60 hour class.
All day classes meet Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm and all evening classes meet Monday-Friday, 5:30pm-9:15pm & Saturday, 8:30am-3:00pm
