Continuing Education Courses and Schedule [Home Page]

Professional School of Real Estate offers the licensed professional a wide selection of basic and advanced continuing education courses approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Every licensee is required to complete 16 hours of continuing education (CE) every license renewal period (2 years). The following are CE courses we offer.


 

All day classes meet Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm and all evening classes meet Monday-Friday, 530pm-9:15pm & Saturday, 8:00am-3:30pm


OFFICE/BROKER MANAGEMENT (30Hours) – Required course for broker license

applicants. Covers policies, procedures, supervision and Commission

regulation requirements of principal brokers.

Dates Offered: September 17 - 21 (8:30am to 4:00pm)

CONTRACTS (Listing & Selling) 30 Hours – This course is a must know for the new

and experienced agent to professionally serve the buyer and seller.

REAL ESTATE FINANCE & CLOSING (16 Hours) – Types of and qualifications for

various types of loans, buyer qualifications, pre-closing processes.

LICENSE UPDATE (16 Hours) – Material reflects new and revised license laws, rules

and regulation changes in keeping the agent informed and current.

BUYER REPRESENTATION (8 Hours) – Covers time management, qualification,

determining housing criteria and quality buyer service.

BANKRUPTCY & FORECLOSURES (8 Hours) – The agent learns the ins and outs of

servicing these special circumstance properties and the client.

REAL ESTATE AND TAXES (8 Hours) – What every agent should know.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (8 Hours) – Material reflects duties, responsibilities,
